Still keep up the writing, if they are friends of friends it should not be a problem. I would go with the fake naivety, or say something like "That is not my blog, I mean I don't even like that blog" act insulted "I would not say negative things about teachers" , it would be funny cause they would not know how to react and would be confused. Or you could do what I do, blog and also keep a journal like in a note book, so you can write stuff for a general audience, and some stuff just for yourself.
